Target group: Parts and service managers in the field and their sales managers.
The project is based on an in-depth analysis phase of the five main markets. Since 2013: implementation of results-oriented workshops with subsequent coaching sessions by the trainer, on occasions with the sales managers. The new role of the so-called "driver" was developed based on concrete case studies. According to the defined parameters of the strategy - use of market and customer data, establishment of a sales force and implementation of prospecting activities. From 2015 onwards, the development of CNH & IVECO management teams will be advanced in the various countries and supported by means of top management supervision.
