The project in Germany was based on a defined vision and mission created by the then managing director (4.71 % market share in Germany). The strategy was developed by BCG and also submitted to PSA. EUTAS was assigned the role of implementation coordinator, trainer and coach with up to four trainers deployed. The project was successfully implemented in 18 months.
