Complex projects can only be successful, if goals are well defined and agreed upon, when behavior, constraints, pre-requisites, and risks are clear and consistently considered. The core team of EUTAS trustees who are representatives of the EUTAS partners, acts as facilitators and translators for successful projects. Supply and demand are not merely connected technically by the “EUTAS connect” platform (link), but also qualified and moderated. Furthermore, the EUTAS trustees care about a continuous quality assurance. The EUTAS reference process assures that measures of transformation are taken and objectives are met.
